  What is needed to process your loan

  1. Copy of borrower and co borrower’s most recent paystub for the last 30 days

  2. Copy of borrower and co borrower’s recent 2 years of W-2s

  3. 2 years’ tax returns (All pages, k-1s, and 1099s)

  4. 2 months’ bank statements, stock accounts, and retirement accounts (all pages for all accounts provided). Terms of withdrawal are required on all retirement accounts.

  5. If self-employed 2-year business returns and a current P&L and balance sheet for the business

  6. Copy of borrower and co borrower’s Driver’s Licenses

  7. Appraisal fee of $500

  8. Contract information for your insurance agent

  9. Please complete online application 

 

 

 

Once the construction contract is finalized we will need the following:

  1. Copy of plans and specifications for proposed construction

  2. Copy of final contract for proposed construction – signed by buyer(s) & builder

  3. Copy of budget (cost breakdown) for proposed construction

  4. Copy of lot ownership documentation (Warranty Deed, HUD 1) and Copy of contract to purchase lot
